Jarkoff TM accepts claims on goods quality within 14 calendar days after the goods are received by the recipient. In case there was no possibility to identify damage to goods upon receiving and you are still not satisfied with them we can exchange such goods or issue a refund provided the market condition is preserved.
If goods are damaged – you can refuse the delivery. If the goods have already been paid, we will issue a refund within five banking days after items will be received at our facility.
If damages are identified after the delivery, we will exchange such damaged goods.
If goods do not reach you, we will issue a refund within five banking days after items will be received at our facility.
